[DeTomaso] NPC: Automatic Trans Cooler

It will spill a few ounces but it would only dump the contents if the
pump was running (don't turn the car on).  Just refit the new hose and
check the level.  Just fill from the top, it will bleed itself rather
efficiently.  It probably won't change the level perceptibly from just
changing the hose..
