You are correct; that space was put in at an earlier time and it didn't get corrected for this one.  I can't believe you haven't yet received your Newsletter; what a time to have this happen.  They were mailed on time by the printing company; I'm wondering if this a precursor to what we're to expect with the post office changes!

"ballot number" space? Do I put my membership number or is this for internal use 

and I leave it blank?
