[DeTomaso] Front Caliper Rebuild

It's far easier to put the pistons in first, after you put the o-ring  
in the housing (not on the piston)

Then install the dust boot.  The retaining ring goes on the housing  
(not the piston), holding the outside edge.  The groove in the piston  
holds the boot at the piston.  This allows the boot to flex and keep  
out dust/dirt while the piston moves.
