He wrote that the fronts were 19x11.5" and the rears were 20x14".

They're 20 inches in diameter, so they can fit WAY inboard.  I would
think exhaust clearance might become an issue at some point, or frame
clearance.

Why would somebody want wheels this huge on a Pantera?
