The overflow bottle should have a ZERO psi radiator cap.   Those are 
actually rather difficult to find; I got one for a friend at a NAPA store, 
intended for a tractor.

On my own car, I modified an old 13 psi cap by attacking the guts with a 
variety of spark-inducing and noise-generating implements, gutting it and 
turning it into a zero PSI cap.
