boards to keep them from slipping

There is no need to have full width boards, use some lumber under the
wheels. You can also put some pieces in the slope, for the rear wheels.
You need to make sure that they don't slide when you go up.

You could make two pieces of two pieces each, I guess 2x8 would work,
one for the upper and one for the lower part, and attach them with a
metal plate and nails or wood screews, like this:

You may have to have some lumber at the entrance to the garage to clear
the front spoiler as well.

The shop that does my wheel alignment have some pieces of lumber that
they put in front of the lift so that I can drive up on the lift without
the spoiler hitting it.
