Charlie,

You might be able to get away with ramps if the problem is that the car is 
bottoming out at the front and back trying to negotiate a dip.   Ramps could 
smooth out that dip.

But if the problem is a hump, where the car is bottoming out in the center, 
there's not much you can do.   You can spend a lot of money jury-rigging 
some sort of air-lift system for the suspension, but depending on the severity 
of the hump, that might not even work, and thne you'd be that much poorer, 
with your car still parked on the street.

Really.   You need to get another house.   Thankfully you haven't moved 
into this one yet!
