[DeTomaso] over heating in oklahoma

Dear Mr. Prophetic,

              Actually, you're right.

My civilian car fleet is much reduced at present due to two of
them stuck in the shop for repairs. That has reduced us to a daughter
without a car and bumming rides with her friends; the wife has confiscated
my vintage BMW and I am driving Pantera No. One as a daily commuter.

I leave early to avoid traffic and have a less obstructed
trajectory into the parking garage. Each morning when I begin the starting
process, I notice that immediately on start-up the engine temp gauge is
reading about 100. Sigh. Oh, and the AC ain't workin'. Now, the 485
horses *are* working, but restraint is getting a bit old and I am afraid
that I will be meeting the speed enforcement lads soon.

                   It's always something, Chuck Engles

HAHAHAHA!!! Yeah, it sucks when you turn on the key and the temp gauge
immediately shows 130 degrees and you haven't even started it yet!!!
