Rob,

The sway bar will need to move aft an inch or so in order to get the new brackets onto
the studs.  You could take one side loose at the a-arm, but it's usually easier to just remove
the bar completely (two bolts on each a-arm) and get it out of your way.

There could be a slight vertical change at the rear of the transaxle, but none of what you
are doing will change the alignment.
