These  changes may look complicated, but the they are all quite simple, use 
 common hand tools, and make a world of difference in the window  functions.
 
Modern motors are made with rare earth magnets which are many times  
stronger than the OEM motors. The windows will work like a modern car on  much 
less power. There is no comparison between modern motors and 40  year old 
motors.
