By "have a hard time" do you mean they go more slowly near the top than below or that they basically don't go at all?

Mine also go slower near the top and always have AFAIK. I usually put the windows up while the engine is running for this reason-- the motors do better with full voltage.

hanks for all the advice.  I have completely taken apart and re-lubed the gears 
nd regulators.  I adjusted the window tracks as much as I can, but there is not 
hat much adjusting.  Both windows have a hard time going from 2/3 of the way up 
 binds there.   i am using the original motors, which work fine, but maybe I 
eed more oomph?  would buying 2 new original motors make things work better?  i 
now there is an taurus conversion, but I am not thrilled with having to chop up 
he original regulators after I already put them together.  

 may have to look into the vader converson.  just seems expensive for a car 
hat will not be driven all that much.  justin
