No, the idea is a growing community. Many shoulders can carry others. Like a 
pyramide.
That was the idea and it worked basicly for more than 100 years in Europe.

        Here in Germany it is called the "generation contract".
        If you think, you have to get , what you paid in, you go wrong.
        The money, you pay in is for the genaration before you (your 
parents).
        Your kids will have to pay for you.
        So, if you have only one kid, to pay in, how this contract can work?
        That is the math on a social system.
        Anything else is just a cheap insurance and will bring you nothing.
