This country use to be all about equal opportunity and the rule of law, now it's becoming  "tax the rich".  It should be no surprise the people feel "entitled" to the good life, instead of 
seeing hard work as the way to build a good future.

nothing against the kids, just pitiful that their parents were such bad
examples with zero work ethics
Clearly it also speaks to my inability to hire the right people, i wanted
those who would help build a bigger and better business, Gen X in my
experience is more likely to suck a business dry and move on to the next
one.
