I'd look for a local shop that builds hot rods and custom cars. If you
can't find any, line benders are available at many tool stores, quite reasonably
priced. Cutting stainless is best done with a new hacksaw blade followed by
filing or grinding the cut end flat. Normal tubing cutters can't handle the
tougher, thicker-wall stainless, which rapidly work-hardens ahead of the
cutter wheel. As for flairing, the good news is, stainless does not need
double flairing for brake lines. In aerospace work, we never double-flaired
stainless even for pressures up to 10K psi. The bad news is, because its so
tough, making ANY flair is an exercise for your fingers and your flairing tool...
