The Factory overhaul manual (Pantera Service Highlights, Jan '72) says 1/3 
pint + 10% of 90-wt differential lube, and specifically say to NOT use any 
type of grease. This manual covers the complete rack overhaul and is the only 
one I've ever seen to give torques etc for R & R. Most racks can also use 
boot replacements- available from the vendors cheap ,as is the bronze bushing 
to replace the factory's short-life plastic & steel bushing. Good luck- J
