Are you in a hurry/ 'Cause welding, redrilling and re-tapping is best, 
restroing the part to as-new but required pulling the piece and taking it to a 
welder. Adding a threaded insert works if you can hand-drill straight enough 
and have enough wall, but if you need to pull the part to drill correctly, 
you might as well find a TIG. JUst don't depend on JB to hold very long if 
its a carb stud that pulled out.

A Time-sert is a thin-wall threaded insert in which the inner threads are 
'timed' to coincide with the outers for the thinnest possible wall so the 
repair hole need not be massively oversize. Other than that, they're similar to 
a Keen-sert without the keys. Good luck- J Deryke
