Sure- if your Pantera is still completely stock with 185-70 front & 205-70 
belted-bias rear tires. But if you've converted to bigger, wider tires and 
wheels, especially low profile radial tires, no- they do not fill the bill 
any more. 
A typical wide-tire narrow-body Pantera needs about twice the max possible 
caster setting, and with 50-or-less profile tires, about half the toe-in of 
the 1971 specs both front and back. Shimmng the rack mounts for less 
bump-steer is good for steering comfort & handling with wide front tires too, as is 
more tire pressure front & back. This subject has been covered about once a
