Thanks to those who responded. I bought a generic new replacement set from US Auto Parts, $69 both sides. Jeep style. They fit perfect. The shoulder bolts went right in the bulkhead panel, and the bolts fit the floor mounts too! The receiving end sticks up just right to make it easy in and out.
