Roger, GT-5/GT5-S parking brake pads are tricky because they are odd shaped 
and tapered in two planes, in order to fit the actuation arc of your 
pair-of-pliers brake levers. Any local brake specialist shop should be able to 
take your old brake lever, bond a piece of a new pad on, then grind the pad to 
proper shape, using the worn pad as a pattern. Note even new pads aren't 
very thick.
The advantage of doing this is a local source for future pad replacements 
in a compound you like, once they develop the proper contours. Good luck- J
