For whatever reason, the auto industry seems to have standardized on using 
SAE bolts for seat belt attachment.   I don't know for a fact that the 
Pantera bolts are   7/16x20 or M11 x 1.25; it's possible the two are so close as 
to be interchangeable.   (Both factory parts books only refer to them as 
'bolt').

I believe the original bolts were Klippan bolts, which are metric grade 8.8 
and have a half-thick 17mm head (although 17mm may equate to an SAE size as 
well, sort of?).

Assuming that M11 x 1.25 and 7/16x20 are the same, then it's easy to find 
what you need at any race supply shop.
