[DeTomaso] Swapping out shift lever

I've had a new shift lever to put in for some time.  Now that the ZF is
getting freshened up, and I've picked up one of the Dehlrin (sp?) shift
knobs (very slick piece), I want to swap my notched lever for the new one.

Is this an involved process?  I checked Mike Dailey's website, and that one
is not in there.

By the way, thanks to those who responded to my need for a ring and pinion
set.  I found one here in Washington in excellent condition.
