[DeTomaso] Upgrading brakes on street cars

Before changing/upgrading brakes, check what you have: if in a panic stop 
you cannot lock up at least one wheel, your brakes need work. There are a 
variety of things that can be done- all documented in the newsletter or on the 
web. Look around.

If you CAN lock up at least one wheel in a panic stop, you need bigger 
tires to take advantage of the brakes you have now. And if its only one wheel 
that locks, these brakes also need work.
