You might have your years scrambled a bit. Early ('71-75) Panteras normally 
used Hooke-type u-joints, but '80s Pantera GT5 and GT5-S cars with the M-1 
or so-called 'Super-ZF' transaxle may have used M-1 CV joints and 
accompanying solid-bar halfshafts. Your early car might have run a conversion 
'Super-ZF'- some were used for club-racing- or maybe the factory had one around and 
used it in a production car- dunno.   If you can reach them, Lloyd at RBT 
Transmissions could tell you which CV joints were correct. Good luck- J Deryke
