Yes, it assumes you have the metal tabs. But they are quite inexpensive
from the vendors if you don't have them any longer.

I wonder if that assumes you have the metal tabs also? With
the potential heat cycling, it seems like some form of hi temp locktite (if
there is such a thing) or safety wire would be a good thing.
