Will the installation of a hall Style or Percision Performance style roll bar interefere with the AC lines running through the rocker box spaces?
 
>>> A bolt in roll bar should not interfere with rocker routed AC lines, the roll bars have a threaded mounting block you insert inside the rocker, but there is plenty of room in there.
 
Do the ac compressor lines run through the rocker boxes or through the center console (where the water lines run?)

>>> I think this depends on what year your Pantera is, IIRC early cars have AC lines in center console later cars in the right rocker.
