[DeTomaso] Harness bar

I had to read this a couple times, but I am right in reading;
 
1. Harness bar is somewhere unbeknown on planet UPS?
2. Seller got UPS settlement for lost item?
3. Seller refunded your original purchase price?
 
You expect seller of used harness bar to purchase another one to send to you?
