[DeTomaso] Rear Louvers on a Pantera

Some cars look much better with louvers - 69-71 Boss/Mach-1, Delorean,
Silver Pantera-based Delorean replicas, etc.

On the Mach I, I can attest to them not only looking bad-ass, but  
keeping the interior cool and helped to prevent fading.
