  <Smooch!>

Yea.. well, I've been fighting a huge computer slow down due to
-another- small TPR project I was working on, otherwise I surely would
have seen Bud's email earlier. :)

With you ever -there- and me over -here- I think we can safely say that
Team Pantera Racing -never- sleeps.
:)

> Its gotta be about 9pm back in the states and BUD should probably still be at Awards dinner sucking up some dinner, drinks and thata-boys.

> Three TPR members nominated him for the "Ellis Woumnm IRON MAN Award" and when you hear the full story of his adventure I'm sure you will agree he deserves it too. Bud, who is from Kansas as some of you know ran and successfully completed the SandHills ORR in Nebraska in August. The SORC is without a doubt the toughest ORR course in the country. There are grass shoulders for run-off, drop offs and for a long time the fasted Unlimited cars were only running in 140 averages.

> Anyway Bud then went through a series of challenges to prepare the Pantera to drive from Kansas to Nevada. He needed tires and wheels, a race harness among other things and then somewhere along the way storming out to Nevada from Kansas in ONE day Bud started going through oil and smoking......BADLY.
>
> In spite of that 'challenge' and many othersBud finished the trip to Vegas, took care of his repairs himself, passed Tech and started and finished the Silver State.
