[DeTomaso] Filtering EBay

Happy to share my ebay filter string that I've added to over time.  It only
returned 448 hits.

pantera -(cover, band, arctic, boat, dimebag, "tank pad", "tankpad",
'sabercat", "spark plug", "artic", "a-cat", "artic cat", snowmobile, banner,
helmet, "oxygen sensor", tigre, antenna)
