[DeTomaso] NPC - Guardrail vs. SUV

Wow... how fast do you need to be going to impail 30 yds of guard rail though?
 
A lot of the time now I see here in NV the water barrels at the start of guard rails sections to slow the vehicle down, but not sure it would have helped this guy much.
