Larry, Ken and Chuck,
thanks for the imput... seems like a new one to 
me... with all the holes in this pan to hold the screen
I may just use the Permatex right sfuff... seems like
it is the same as black ultra with a little more grit to
it.. used it on my mustang tranny a while back
