Interesting. I can think of no reason why a 4-5-6 point harness would introduce any additional injury risk in an otherwise stock vehicle. Holding you in place is the purpose of the OEM seat /shoulder belt systems. Replacing the stock system with a 4-5-6 point harness would just do a better job of holding you in place.
