Hydraulic or solid lifters?  Roller cam or roller rockers?
It would be odd to build a roller cam engine with stock cast
pistons.

If it retains the OEM pistons, they would be cast.  Only the
Boss 351 and 351 HO had forged pistons from Ford.  Later engines
got even lower compression ratios with dished pistons.
