I think the best, but not the easiest, is to vent all the radiator air through the hood, not under the car.

Indeed,these items will help save my life if I lose control. I should have 
been more clear with my question. What type of chassis/body/skirt mods 
should be done to make the car stable at speed? I recall something about the 
front end lifting at 170+?
