Hmmm....Unless the trailer that they are about to use to haul your stolen
car to another state or country is waiting inside the building.

 It really depends on the type of building.
 My GPS based device works great also in the garage, but it is a
wooden
 building. with concrete tiles on the roof.
 And if you know the general area, you could always enable the voice
call
 back and go around honking until you hear yourself :D
