[DeTomaso] OT - Off Topic Posts

I like the OT and NPC posts.  If it's a technical question, it's nice to have a group of auto-engineers to use as a resource.  If it's personal, it's always nice to hear about Mad Dawg bored playing in the sand.

I agree, though, they should always be prefaced with NPC.  That way, it's always easy enough to define a rule to auto-delete them.

Nobody likes political, religious, or spam (anything that can be busted on snopes), though.
