[DeTomaso] functional rear spoiler

Cantilevered bracket through the A/C grill opening directly to the ZF
housing.  Downtube could be quick release pinned for R & R. Obviously this
will be ugly as hell for track use only., Proven on everything with wings
since Ralt-1. Models.  Michael Shortt
