Only if the under-engine crossmember AND the e-brake bracket have been 
upgraded to removeable assemblies. The pan must drop about 6", then move forward 
about 4" and this is impossible if the crossmember is still welded in 
between the frame rails. In 1975, DeTomaso added removeable units to the factory 
catalogue and many Panteras have been so upgraded. '80-up Panteras had them 
stock. This also works with fully baffled Aviaid pans. Cutting the old 
crossmember out & replacing it with a removeable assembly is a heckuvajob with 
the engine & ZF in place but it CAN be done. Then the next time you need to
