I attached a link to the directions published by Flaming River. They include
drilling the holes for the allen screws AND using RED
Loctite. While searching the Flaming River web sight I found that they also
make a u joint with splines and a pinch bolt instead of the allen screws

This one is 3/4 x 36 spine , someone posted that the correct size is 9/16x
36 spline I don't know which is correct. I guess we could ask Dennis Quella.
Flaming River also makes beautifull polished shafts 3/4" diameter and in
various lengths and will make them to order in 1/4" increments.
