[DeTomaso] 1972 Pantera shift linkage

When I got my car, Reverse did not engage from the shifter. The prior owner
left me a screw driver and told me when I wanted to get it into Reverse, to
remove the ashtray, wedge the screw driver into the shift linkage connection
and help rotate it down.  After adjustments, I got Reverse, but 5th became
3rd.  It takes a while and two people to adjust, but you can finally get it.
