 Well, the Ford Panteras never had mirrors installed at the factory.
They all came over on the boats with no outside mirrors. 

Most of the dealers just installed common Ford mirrors;
these are easily sourced from Mustang restoration vendors.

I have never seen a 'factory' TSB or tutorial on an 'exact' location for
mounting any mirrors.
