Yes. Besides the bar size(s), some other influences on whether a given 
car's handling will improve or degrade with a bar change: how tight the 
usually-worn limited-slip in the ZF is, the width of front vs rear tire treads, 
alignments of front & rear wheels, shock settings, ride height, rake & chassis 
balance, and whether sphere-balls are used on all bar ends vs urethane vs 
rubber. That's why I say in my handling improvement articles to TEST AT LOW 
SPEEDS until you find what the effect of a change is on YOUR machine! Not all 
Panteras- especially those that have other mods- react the same and a 120-mph 
bend on a mountain road is not the healthiest place to find this out....
