Not in this case--the ZF gearbox bellhousing is the determining factor, 
since it locates the starter.   If a 157 tooth flywheel was installed, the 
starter gear would be spinning in the breeze due to the smaller diameter of the 
ring gear.   So no matter what kind of Ford engine is installed in a Pantera 
(to include the occasional 302), it has to have a 164-tooth flywheel.
