[DeTomaso] replace cooling hoses

My own guideline is 5 years for belts and hoses, maybe 7 if you don't drive
often, because of the degradation of modern materials .  Michael Shortt.  A
few bucks on my schedule beats being stranded plus a flat tow or engine
damage.
