You can never go wrong with the 18 volt XRP Dewalt tools.

Used them for years courtesy of my contractor employer, and now have a full set
for my own use. The impact driver is awesome, and the jigsaw is the best I've ever used,
corded or cordless.

They show up in these hard economic times, often like new, on Craig's list at very nice pricing.

Buy extra XRP batteries, new and sealed in package only, from eBay for waaaay less than retail.
