Congratulations to SOBill on being recognized by Team Pantera Racing for his signicant and numerous contributions over the years. As they put it, "For years of unselfish and outstanding personal support , service, and can do attitude toward POCA, Team Pantera Racing, PI, and other Pantera owners world wide." This is the newly christened "SOBill Award".  Bill is humbled, but we are awed !           Jim Coyne
