local  radiator shops performed fuel tank sloshing and coating.  They  were
able to do it for less $$ than it would have cost me to buy a  
do-it-yourself
kit from Eastwood at the time.  You may find such a  shop in your area.  The
coating they put on the inside of mine has  held up very well.  After I had
it coated I had a local auto-body shop  shoot it with black zinc-chromate
auto chassis/frame paint.  This  matched the factory color very well and
provides good corrosion protection  for the outside.
