[DeTomaso] in-car fuel tank cleaning?????

Is there rust present?  If so, I'd flush it thoroughly with hot water and
blow it out drt, use a few bottles of naval jelly stirring over a couple of
days then rinse well, dry and coat with the Eastwood product.  Just an
