This is my first post to the list.  Chuck Engles has queried some cars on my behalf but this will serve as my introduction.

I've been actively searching for my first Pantera for a few months.  I'm looking for a "near" original car that is mechanically sound and rust free.  I wouldn't mind if the more notorious Pantera issues had been sorted but I'm also not opposed to doing it myself,assuming that is reflected in the price.

This car has been listed off and on for months but I've noticed they have dropped the price.  It appears to be a clean car with some upgrades, a rebuilt motor and cosmetic freshening.  Anyone know the car?
