Probably true since PI tells potential car sellers that usually get quite a 
 bit more than if the car is sold locally by the owner. It justifies their  
markup.

Another factor here is 'negotiation room' I'd bet the silver owner  won't 
move much on price, whereas the aqua car may be able to be had a price  
somehwhat lower than advertised.
